Chef Antonia Lofaso's cuisine is an invitation to dig into the depths of her personal world. Food is what stirs curiosity. It was born as she stepped out of in the Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich landscape of Los Angeles. Cavatelli, carnitas, and different dishes are all available on one menu. This is a constantly evolving taste. What remains is her singular view of the future, while still wishing to reminisce about the old. Inspired by her Italian-American heritage Lofaso has opened Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 and was instantly well-received. Lofaso has been hailed for her interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine. Lofaso is consistently praised by guests of Scopa's restaurant for its food that is authentic and deliciously tasty. Lofaso worked as an apprentice for the master chefs of culinary, absorbing their techniques and taking risks. She did not hesitate to take risks to pursue her gut instinct. She soon rose to the ranks of Wolfgang's Spago after which she went further to collaborate with a variety of celebrities in Los Angeles kitchens. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in the year 2011. Through Black Market and the business partnerships she formed Lofaso found a location. Lofaso would find the freedom to create the work she wanted through the collaboration. Black Market is not constrained to a specific direction, and this is what the idea behind it. The course could begin with dill potatoes chips, shishito chilies and then continue with Korean meal of meatballs and wings. The key ingredient that binds this range of flavors is Antonia. Over the course of her career Lofaso has judged her accomplishment with her innate capacity to understand her audience while staying true to her own persona. Her memorable performance during Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars showcased her distinctiveness in the kitchen. She also has a talent that keep shining in front of the camera. She is a jury member on CNBC's Restaurant Startup and recurring roles on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso launched The Busy Mama's Cookbook 100 Simple and Delicious Recipes, in 2012 along together with Penguin. It also told the story of how she faced challenges while she studied in an institution called the French Culinary Institute. She also raised her daughter Xea, as well. Lofaso believes that all her achievements are the result of the love she feels for cooking. It is in this spirit that Lofaso is always keeping a finger on the pulse. She is revolutionizing her industry's aesthetic by redesigning chef wear for style and functionality by launching her brand Chefletics. Lofaso's primary goal is staying consistent with her ideas.
